Last night outside our apartment, Vince and I passed a man on the sidewalk and he barked at us. A loud, abrasive, strange bark. When Vince asked the man what that was about, he said, "Man, I'm just relaxing." Today, a different man barked at Carl, "To scare him!" he explained, laughing. This neighborhood is fucked.
