I was leaving my apartment and on the second floor a guy came around the corner, stumbled down the stairs with an energy drink in his left hand, stopped in the vestibule to barf a bit of it up before making it outside, where he leaned over the railing. I'm not sure what happened after that because I was late to meet a friend and just crept by without incident.
